Broadband service wn2 area

I have just upgraded my service to 1gb from 350mb, but the last couple of weeks am only getting @ 600mbps with just router connected directly by lan to pc. The service has also been very erratic, losing internet totally the last few nights, yet the service status states "no issues". Is anyone else having the same issue? I had no issues with the 350 service, which is why i upgraded, only since the upgrade. I have run service check but this keeps happening for 4 evenings in a row now. please can anyone advise??

    Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended as it only covers issues that affect a very large number of customers.
