Broadband in area
Hi,
Confused on what I read on the web, could I find out on here if virgin is available at a postcode (Gu24bw) and what the top speed is if so?

All of Guildford is legacy HFC (DOCSIS) Broadband. So the services available will be up to 1Gb Broadband (upload speed 10% of download speed), Cable TV (V360 & Stream available) plus hub based landlines.
Bury Street appears to be cabled. But if you are in communal flats or apartments, it will depend if any suitable internal wiring has been installed by the builder or landlord.

I've checked 5 addresses out of the 21 showing for that postcode (they are for Wycliffe Buildings, Portsmouth Road) via https://www.virginmedia.com/broadband/postcode-checker
According to the checker VM broadband isn't available there at present.
Have you filled in the requested info on https://www.virginmedia.com/keep-me-posted ?
