Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page. It may give an estimate ? Usually the Status Page in My VM gives estimates as well?
Otherwise wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.

The service status page should show an estimated fix time for a known outage.
