Broadband not dispatched

I ordered broadband the other day (2nd) and was told it would come today. I have had no comms regarding dispatch from Yodel, no order number, nothing. I am growing concerned as I currently have no idea where my parcel is. Any help?

Have you been able to speak to the team to get this looked into or had your equipment delivered since you last posted?     Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and see if they can help - should be open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
