AMENDED INSTALATION

I have been informed today (Sat) that my installation on Mon 10 Mar 25 has been amended to 28 Mar 25. I cancelled my Sky acct for this. I have no broadband, no TV or home security. I gave Virgin over 4 week notice to ensure the installation took place on 10 Mar 25, disgrace. How can I cancel the contract (that Virgin have broken) with no costs and return to Sky?

      We're sorry to hear the installation was rescheduled and that you've decided to cancel this as a result.

      Have you spoken to the team since posting to cancel the installation?

      Have you also spoken to your provider to request they don't cancel the service on their side?
