Vm been taking payment they shouldn’t be
Virgin Media has been taking £17 a month from my account for a year longer than they should have! So I’m paying o2 and Virgin for my phone. I can’t get on to app to cancel, forgot password and the reset email never arrives. Tried calling but have no idea what my area number is so can’t get through! Can’t cancel through my bank at the moment because it doesn’t show up on my DD to cancel. Please help
