VM account not linked to O2 but no SIM
Help....I'm going around in circles. Took the VM package with a SIM (Volt maybe?) but had no intention of using the sim card. Decided it was a waste so now want to use it but cannot physically find it (well I have found an o2 sim but if I put it in my phone, it doesn't work and I am not sure it is the right one anyway).
Tried to access VM or O2 support through lots of routes but failed. Tried to link my VM account but gets to a point where it wants to send code to the O2 phone which I don't have because I don't have the sim.
I think I need to order a replacement sim somehow and then activate it then link accounts. I have tried to re-register with O2 but that just sends me to the VMO2 website (where I eventually get texted to the number I don't have).
Anyone had similar and been successful? please don't send me to the online msgbot :-o
