We're sorry to hear that you're getting an error message when trying to accept the deal.
Have you been able to successfully accept the deal since posting?
If not, Just to clarify please, is this a O2 SIM only deal? Or are you wanting to take a Virgin Media cable deal with us that also includes an O2 Sim?
