Passkey not recognised - handset loan

My passkey is not being recognised and I need to see how more I owe for the handset.

I called but 02 couldn’t help. I then waited for 45 mins to speak to virgin media who couldn’t help as I don’t know my memorable word! 

Can anyone help? I just need to reset the passkey
