Only this forum works

I've had Virgin for ages from the NTL days and until the O2 merger PC and Android mobile apps worked fine.

My virgin apps on my mobile now will not work, TV Control, VM Connect and My Virgin Media all ask for my e-mail, I have a .ntlworld.com one and a .co.uk one both used until the O2 merger. I'm asked for my e-mail and am told they don't exist and a link has been sent which never arrives, I've asked for my e-mail address via name, account number and area which comes back with my .co.uk domain address which i'm then told does not exist.

The only thing that works is Virgin TV Go, Iv'e tried logging in on my PC also without succes, any help would be welcome as I find the mobile apps very useful.

  • I thought I had changed to  my @yeton.co.uk domain address, I get the create Virgin Media 02 via a link but it never arrives.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. 
    Sorry to hear you've not been able to log in to your Virgin Media apps. 
    When attempting to log in here, are you prompted to create a Virgin Media O2 ID?
    It's also worth mentioning that, a while back, we did ask customers to change their Virgin Media login email to a non-Virgin Media email. Did you change your email at this time?
