Delete my forum account please

First of all, thanks to fellow forum users for all of the help navigating the hellish experience that is Virgin Media, and I hope everyone on this forum has a lovely festive period.

Now, please could a mod delete my account. Robert_P passed my request to mods over a week ago for it has not been actioned. 

I’d very much like my forum account deleting please.
