Mobile phone Direct Debit

I need to change the date my phone contract comes out. 

I have changed the date the sim comes out with 02 but need to change the actual phone as that is billed through yourselves

    If this is regarding a loan agreement you still have with  Virgin Mobile, then you would need to reach out to the dedicated team on 0345 602 4420. They'll be able to assist you further with mobile loan agreements with Virgin Mobile.
