Missed payment Text

  • Hi, I was wondering if this message from virgin media is genuine or a scam, it’s regarding a missed payment. The message is asking me to pay over a link, which is ringing some alarm bells.

      I took out a loan on 29 Nov 2021 for 36 months. My Sim moved to o2 on 20 June 23 but I have subsequently cancelled this plan and moved to a new supplier.
