Issues with mobile bill

I have a contract with you & o2 for an iPhone. I’ve had a text saying my bill for virgin hasn’t been paid but every time I log in it takes me to my broadband bill instead so I can’t rectify the problem. Please can you contact me?

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues with your mobile bill. Virgin Media no longer offer a mobile service, so if the bill is relating to the tariff side of things, you would need to speak to O2. 

    If you took a loan for your handset, and the communications are regarding this, you can speak to the team by calling 0345 602 4420. They are open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm. 

    The handset loan details will not be available to view online through My VM. You can however view these by logging in here. To login, you will need some information such as your credit agreement number and security. We're unable to give you this information via the Forums but if you've not got it, we can arrange for a reminder to be emailed to you and you should receive this within 48 hours. This will allow you to access the agreement to see what installments you have left and any other information relating to the agreement.
