Final Bill

Hi 

I moved all my services to EE almost 3 months ago. They notified you of my move and I received an email from you but I'm still being billed for your services. Can you please send me a final bill of termination that I can I arrange for EE.

    Sorry to hear you're still being billed for services following your switch to EE, we're happy to look into this further for you and appreciate you raising it via the forums.

    Hi , can some one for VM contact me please , my contract is ending on the 24th of April and I don't want to renew it , please advice on process , thanks

      Hi croma, 

      Thank you for your post. 

      With regards to a cancellation of an account. You would need to speak with an agent. A disconnection request is a 30 day notice period. 

      To have the contract finish on the 24th April you would need to submit it 30 days prior to the end date.
