I cannot locate any emails or letters containing my credit agreement details. I want to find out how long I have left on my agreement and the remaining balance. It would also be nice to access my account for the future. Can these please be re-sent to me?

You can log in here to view your credit agreement details, payments and end date. If you're unable to log in due to forgetting your details, then let a member of the forum team know and they can send a security key reminder. It can take a few days before the forum team pick up your post, then they will need to ask security questions for you to pass DPA.
Or you can contact the dedicated team on 0345 602 4420. They will be able to assist with your query and also take any payment you may wish to make.
