Credit Agreement Details for Old Handset

Hi,

I'd like to find out if I've got an existing loan agreement with Virgin Mobile as I am still paying for a handset (Samsung S20 FE) I've had since 2020, and since the O2 move last year, I'm certain I've finished the payments for that device. I'm on a Sim only deal, but I'm still getting direct debits for the device. 

I've just got off live chat with O2 and they said to me that they didn't have access to my old credit loan agreements, so I was wondering if I could get any help into finding the agreement details so I could stop the direct debits for a device I'm sure I've fully paid for.
