Cannot get access to my account
Hi everyone, i could really do with some help
I cant get access to my virgin account, when i try to reset password it does not send me a link and it is not in spam, i have tried it with my email and my dads as the account used to be signed to his email. I have had a contract with virgin for years and got a new phone in 2022, by that point i was old enough to pay it myself but it would not let me change it all over to my details, it is still in my dads. It would however let me change it to my email.
i no longer have this phone that i am paying a DD for so want to pay whatever is left on it but cannot for the life of me get into the account. I have not recieved a billing email from virgin in over a year and none has gone through to my dads email either. I am so stuck on what to do, im paying 2 separate phone bills so just want to pay the virgin one off as if i keep paying the DD there is still a year and a half left on it. Id rather just pay the chunk and its gone then.
i have tried logging into the myo2 using my virgin details and it logs me in but says no products under this account but i cant login to my virgin mobile account with these details. Help!
