your Netflix account has been suspended
After being hacked and Vm unable to sort I resolved with Netflix directly last week.
Today I have received an email from both VM and Netflix to say your Netflix account has been suspended and that vm has been removed as the payment option for Netflix.
I am fed up of having to spend hours with cs who pass from pillar to post and just say wait for us to resolve. I understand a case was raised for the initial issue but I called back to advise them to close the case. Please help!
