You are ruining my life I can’t sleep

You have put a default on my account that affects my credit score I now can’t get a mortgage I have to pay £10k early repayment to my lender as sold my house but because I can’t get a mortgage I’m homeless I have called numerous times email your credit file amendment team and Experian contacted you I have emailed confirmation and your chat line confirmation that it was an error on your part because you forgot to credit my account on return of goods 

please call me today I keep being promised a call back but never get one

    As much as we'd like to help from here, this needs to be dealt with by a specific team.

    You would either need to write or email our Credit File Amendment team, including the following details.

    Name

    Account Holders Name

    Full Address where you had the services

    A photo or screenshot showing the Virgin error on your credit file

    Contact details for yourself

    They will investigate this and come back to you within 28 days.
