Yet again failed installation!!!!!
4th failed install! Put the box on the wall in November, however apparently there is a fault further up the line. Still not fixed but the virgin idiots continue to schedule installs and expect me to wait at home only for the engineer to arrive and confirm there is a fault up the line! Zero comms or resolution so if nothing concrete within 48 hours I am going to cancel contract, this is pathetic and totally unacceptable!!
