Wrong email

I have recently renewed my contract and when the confirmation page came up it said we have sent your contract to and email that is incorrect.

When I check my account details my email is correct but it's still been sent to the wrong one for some reason.

I have tried the online chat and getting through but it's proving hard.

Anyone able to help?
