What's my area reference code?

Hi,

I needed to sign up for the app but needs an area code I don't have. My postcode is [REMOVED]

    Hi Thomo123 👋 Welcome to the community forum! Thanks for posting. 

    If you are trying to register for My VM for the first time, it's worth being aware that you can't do this until your services are active and installed. 

    You will then receive your first billing information, including the account number and area code reference to register with. 

    I will send you a PM just in case you need further support to confirm a few account details, and we can help confirm the area code if needed. 

    You can find the PM in the top right corner of the page in your Inbox. 📩 We can then return to this public thread with another update when possible. Thank you for your patience in the meantime!
