Weird emails about sent equipment.

Hi, my contract is now finished and I had packed away the superhub/tivo with cables and power plugs and handed into my local Yodel on the 8th of April. I've just had two emails with one saying to send back said items or face a fine and another from Yodel saying it is delivering Virgin Media items to my home soon. 

 

I have the tracking number from the receipt and pics of exactly what was placed into the box provided and sent back.

 

Needing Clarification on what is this item you have sent to me or if you have received the equipment back.

    Sorry to hear these concerns about equipment delivery and returns. 

    It sounds like you've changed package and are receiving some new equipment, with the old items being sent back to us. If this is the case you've likely received an email from an automated system as we haven't yet processed the returned equipment. Sincerest apologies for any concern caused by this! There can be a bit of a delay whilst the equipment arrives, is processed, and any charges removed. Don't worry! The charges will get removed and the messages will stop.
