Website issue with contract renewal
Hi I've logged in to my account to be greeted with the "Looks like it’s time to renew your contract - tap the button below to see next steps" message. I follow the "Renew my contract" link that takes me to a page that says "Manage my package". I cannot continue past this page as it says "Next step: choose an upgrade to continue". I do not want to add anything! When I click the link I get a warning "To continue, customise your package using the options below" however, again, I do not want to add anything! I remain out of contract and unable to do anything in my online account. I do not want to spend hours and hours sorting this via a call centre or via WhatsApp, I just want to do this online. Please can this be looked in to as I imagine I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.
