We can't find an account with the details you've provided. Please contact us to register.

Hi,

Hope you are well

I am having the issue in the title when attempting to create an account with the details provided in the email received today. Apologies if I am doing it incorrectly!

After looking through older forum posts with this issue, I have tried both using the 8 digit account number + adding a 0 as a pre-fix. Using both lowercase, uppercase, and regular casing for last name. And etc.
