Waiting for Broadband Upgrade Activation

Hello 

I placed a order to increase my speed to M350 on the 14th May - I had an email confirmation of the increase and a activation date of the 17th May, however there has been no speed increase.

I've rebooted a few time since 17th - but it's still on a M250 profile in the Router Status Configuration.

Can someone take a look for me please?
