VM ongoing issues

I have now been waiting 6 weeks, yes 6 weeks for VM to sort out my account after it was hacked. I have raised 3 complaints and had 5 tickets opened with their IT department. I am still unable to login to the account as the registered email address belongs to the hacker. Such awful customer service…

        I can confirm the PM has been sent to you 6 hours ago but as yet, not received a reply. 

        If you go to your home page of the Forums, then top right hand-side you'll see a message option. Click that and you'll be taken to your inbox.
