VM - switch to ebilling
I have been through my settings trying to switch to ebilling and all I can find is how to change how VM can contact me, but no way to switch to ebilling.
The link that the paper bill includes (virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-ebilling) doesn’t work. The website doesn’t work. Calling doesn’t work. The chat line doesn’t work. The app doesn’t work. It seems Virgin Media has a deliberate policy to avoid any contact with its customers.
Can someone please assist me in moving to ebilling?
Meanwhile, the waste of paper and £1.75 per month in unnecessary charges continues…
