Virgin's inflexibility with pricing for loyal customers

Same situation for me.  Customer of many years, I am out of contract and wanted to reduce my package to just 350MB broadband (dropping TV and calls).  I imagined they would do me a deal to lock me in for 18 months, but they came up with £70+.

I can get 500MB from sky for £34.  Why would I stay with Virgin?!!

    Check with other Openreach suppliers.

My neighbours have just got a very good deal with Vodafone. And the supplied WiFi router (labelled Technicolor! ) gives a signal throughout the house where the old Hub never did.

And you are sitting around? Why? I left a few days ago. Took back control 😉
