Virgin won't sort out this problem
I need to register a new account but i get stuck after i provide the mail and password . It gets frozen in "Request In Progress"
I talk to them in chat first..20 min waiting and then 4..5 min in between answers..what a headache..they keep insisting is my device problem.
After i called customer support ..20 min wait just so he can tell me the same thing..i try to do it from 3 different devices and different browsers.
After i told him a lot of people have the exact same problem he admit the problem is at their end and to try again in 4 hours if not to call back ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ
Just horrible system..
I can't use my account so i'm losing days without work done..i can't even make a complain because i don't have the account..but at the end of the month they will want the bill payment in full of couse
