Virgin Netflix Hack
So since changing my package in July I have had a Spanish netflix account linked to my netflix on my virgin box and also been charged for Premium Netflix. Phoned back in August to be told you will be contacted within 10 days. At the same time I sent a complaints email to ResolutionsTeam and ceo.office have literally had no response from anyone!I have also spoken to Netflix after being told on the initial Virgin Media call I had to speak to them. They told me to go back to Virgin Media as they pay Netflix. So thats good isn't it. Can anyone help please? I see a multitude of the same posts on here but no resolutions
