Virgin Media O2 ID Query unable to link account

I have an old email address that i no longer have access to but i receive my bills etc to another email address for some reason fine without issue but I now find since you have done this new VM02 single sign on I haven’t been able to access my account or make payment etc as it’s trying to send a verification email to the old email address which I cannot access. Thanks

    Sorry to hear of the issue with the not being able to access the E-Mail address of the My Virgin Media username, which is now causing you an issue when trying to verify the account.

    Check out the envelope in the top right hand corner for me, and I'll attempt to have this altered for you.
