Hi Codiiiiii 👋 Welcome to the community forum! Thanks for posting.
When you begin Netflix with our services, it is automatically linked with the contact email address on your services account. (Please note, this is not your My VM login 👉 virg.in/myVM which can be a different email entirely, depending on your preferences and setup.) You can usually tell which is your contact email address, as it's the one we send contract and billing information to each month.
If this is the same email address that you have an independent Netflix account set up with - there will have been issues with your activation. (As you already have services linked to that email!) You'd need to either cease any non-vm netflix account linked with that email, or update your VM services contact email address ahead of us trying a fix and re-sending the activation.
