Virgin complaints form is faulty and unusable
I have a number of dissatisfactions with Virgin. I have sought to complete their online complaints form.
The form is faulty and so you cannot make a complaint using it. I have attempted using four different devices two tablets, a PC and a phone and the same fault appears with each device.
When you reach the section of the form where you need to fill in your first and second names, your account number and your address the form does not permit you to enter anything.
Therefore you are unable to proceed with the complaint.
I regret that it appears to me that this may well be built in to prevent people raising complaints.
I will contact the communications Ombudsman to advise them of this issue.
