Virgin 360 box

I have recently received my new Virgin 360 box but the cable adapter is missing

    Sorry to hear you're missing the adapter for your new 360 box.
    I'd like to investigate this for you and see if we can get one sent out.
    If you don't mind, I'll need to send you a private message to pass security. 
    If you can check the envelope at the top right of your screen, that would be great.
