Verification of Virgin Media/O2
I've logged into My Virgin Media account for the first time in ages today, and it's asking me to provide a second email address for verification purposes.
I added a new email address, and received an email to verify it.
I added a new password matching all the criteria.
I received a text message with a six digit number to my mobile phone.
I saved the words provided to recover my account.
All was well until that point.
I then clicked continue and received a message saying "This Page has Expired."
Is there a fault with the process?
