Urgently Need Advice

Hi all,

I have found in the position of not being able to pay my bill. I unfortunately lost my job in July and have been paying my bills from savings. I can no longer do that and unsurprisingly VM want to cut to cut me off. My mobile has been cut off so I can't call them. What should I do? Just let them cut me off. Good news for me I have a new job starting this December, but by that point the bill will be completely unmanageable. So should I go for an IVA or something?

    I'm afraid that we are unable to help with payment queries or payment plans from here and you would need to speak with our team directly over the phone. 

    If you have a Virgin Media landline, you can call us free on 150.

    They will be able to look into setting up a payment plan for you.
