URGENT SERVICE RECONNECTION

Hi
I am having issues with my virgin account activation please. I have moved home to a virgin media compliant area, connected my hub, called yesterday for reconnection but it still hasn't been connected. I need help urgently as I work from home please. Thank you

    We can see you have spoken to the relevant team yesterday in regards to this and they have advised you of the situation and what is happening in regards to activation. We aren't able to make any changes to the information you were advised via the forums.
