Urgent - Login issues, payment issues
Hi,
I registered for a Virgin media cable during Oct 2024, but i have had some issues and i have to contact the team for queries, but i keep failing to login through online and thru phone call - my guess is when i registered they got my email wrong. Now I keep receiving emails that my case will be sent to a Debt recovery agency and I have no way of preventing this from happening.
Can someone please kindly help me with this ASAP.
