Urgent - Login issues, payment issues

Hi,

I registered for a Virgin media cable during Oct 2024, but i have had some issues and i have to contact the team for queries, but i keep failing to login through online and thru phone call - my guess is when i registered they got my email wrong. Now I keep receiving emails that my case will be sent to a Debt recovery agency and I have no way of preventing this from happening.

Can someone please kindly help me with this ASAP.

    We're sorry to hear you've had some issues with logging in to My VM. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

    I've sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you're using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you're on a mobile/tablet device then instead, click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
