UPDATE DEBIT CARD DETAILS
My debit card expires this month and I need to update with my new debit card details there is nowhere on the my virgin media app where you can do this, I've tried the message us button but it's a stupid bot that gives me a link to press but when I click on the link it keeps taking me back to the start with the message bot it doesn't even give you a choice to speak to an advisor so if my payment doesn't go through it's not my fault VM need to make things like this easier for people.
