Unpaid Referral Reward

My friend referred me to Virgin broadband back in Feb. Neither of us received our rewards.

My friend contacted Virgin who sorted her reward out for her but because of data protection were unable to talk to her about my reward.

They asked her to tell me to post on the forum and someone from Virgin would contact me to discuss my reward. They said to mention that David_Bn helped my friend and that he would help me too.

    Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

    Sorry to hear you never received your referral reward. This is arranged through a 3rd party company called Aklamio and is done online before a customer joins us. 

    As the time frame of 30 days has elapsed you will need to contact Aklamio directly by either calling 01576 820 030 or sending an email to virgin-media@aklamio.com.

    Sorry we're not able to help from here. Can you please keep us posted how you get on.

      Hey!

      I was told to reach out here, as Aklamio tells me to reach out to you. Can you please get in contact with your colleague David_Bn who was really helpful with my friend?

       

      You were able to help my friend to get her reward. As I am her counterpart of the deal, I would appreciate getting my reward as well.
