Unable to view offers

Why, does my account via a browser and the VM app never show any of my offers / upgrades / packages. Whenever I try to look, all I get forwarded too is the 'Looking to upgrade' start a chat here. Sick to death of it. Is there any way I can have it so I can see my offers etc?

    I renew my package each contract period. In fact, ive done this within the last week & its still the same & has been for the past 2 contract periods.

      Hi SRHC,

      Apologies, could you please clarify for us if you have now renewed your contract and taken a new deal?

      If so, was this done online? It can take up to 14 days for online offers to be added to the account.

      If not, please do call the team and they can assist further.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your online account and visibility of new offers. This could be an issue with you being on one of the older packages, and therefore, you're not able to view any offers. We wouldn't be able to resolve that from here. To have your package reviewed, please call our team on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111. Select options 1, 4, and then 4 again to reach the contracts team, who’ll be happy to look into this further for you.
