Unable to Switch to Ebilling
I joined a Virgin Broadband a few months ago. I did not sign up for paper billing. So after being unable to cancel the paper bill using the links and instructions provided I contacted Virgin via live chat & spoke to an agent. They assured me ebilling was set up. The next bill, I was still charged for a paper bill, called customer service, the lady told me there was a glitch in the system so didn't go through. She assured me it had gone through & that I would be reimbursed 1 months paper bill charge. I have been charged for another paper bill this month. I would like this sorted. Virgin, can you send me a message about this. Thanks.
