Unable to switch to eBilling

The link to switch to eBilling doesn’t work and when I try and change my contact preferences there’s no option without post. 

Please can this be fixed? I’m being charged £1.75 for paper bills that I don’t want and no way to cancel.

    Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing when seeking to switch to E-Billing from paper billing.

      David, could you please help me with this same issue as well? I am being charged for paperless bills that I never requested and I was never given the option to opt out while signing up. There is absolutely nowhere within my account settings to opt out - the contact preferences drop down list does not allow me to choose options without post - the only other options are braille, large print, and audio. I should not be forced to pay money for a communication that could easily have been sent to be via the email address I gave while signing up. If I have another bill on the way, I'd very much like the charge to be refunded along with charges already made.
