Unable to sign into My VM Account

Sorry to dive on this thread, but I'm having this issue - I went to sign into my virgin for the first time in a few weeks and I got the above screen - I followed the steps thinking it was just an update in security, then it logged me in to a blank page with an error in the url. Have I messed up my account now?

    Can you access your mailbox using My VM and Webmail?  Have you setup the four word app password for your Outlook mail client?

    Can you please try on a different device to see if you still have the same issues?

      So if I sign in on my phone it just signs in as normal. On my laptop it takes me to the virgin media/o2 sign in as described above

        On your laptop have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? If so what happens when you follow the instructions after you clear cache and cookies? Let us know how you get on.
