Unable to sign in to my Virgin Media account for payment

Hello,

I am trying to sign in my Myvirginmedia account, which has logged me out now and getting error which says "We can't sign you in just now...". Please help as I need to make a payment immediately.

    Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing with logging into your account, we have since launched a new Single Sign On feature that does require customers to re-register for an online account. 

    Guidance can be found here on how to sign up for this 👉 SSO.
