Unable to Renew/Update Account despite two Attempts and Assurances from VM
I have gigabit broadband and talk anytime landline with VM.
Due to the recent price rises, I decided to renew my contract for a better deal.
Attempt #1 : Click on "renew" on my.virginmedia.com website and go through the online process. I get contract change notifications via email (can provide the document numbers by PM). I wait until the next month and nothing has changed.
Attempt #2 : I call VM to verbally change my contract. They cannot match the deal offered to me by the VM web site but can offer a monthly discount of £9. I agree this. I get contract change notifications via email (can provide the document numbers by PM). I wait until the next month and still nothing has changed.
Please VM look into this and action the contract change!
