Unable to register

I have the same issue, I get to the Choose a New Password screen, enter a valid password, click Confirm and it just sits there with the logo spinning. Tried everything I can think of, different browsers, cleared cache, incognito mode, phone, iPad. It will not complete the registration.

    Sorry to hear of the issues setting up your online account, we understand the confusion this can cause and you taking the time to raise this via the forums. Welcome to the community.

     

    Depending on whether the services have been installed or activated, there can be delays in being able to set up the online account. After the services are installed and activated, the information should then allow you to register for an online account.

  • So my broadband service went live yesterday (27th April) and I still can't register, even using an active Virgin Media broadband connection it still does the same thing (see below), it just stays on this screen forever (or until the browser informs you that the page is unresponsive)
