Unable to register
Having the exact same issue since December. Support by the contact line are useless and don't seem to understand the issue, promise callbacks and fixes that never come. I have had 4 operators try to register me over the phone and they all encounter the same issue and just say they will pass it on to their back-office team. I even asked to speak to a manager to escalate after being fobbed off for the 3rd time and the operator just told me the manager is busy and hung up. Made a complaint and they created the complaint and then immediately shut it down as resolved because they'd provided "technical help" (my issue is still here almost 2 months later)
It's a shame as the fibre optic is much faster than the competition in my area but the customer service and fact they can't fix what seems like a basic issue has really soured my experience since switching to Virgin.
